Lisa Marangon is combining her efforts to help you reach your swimming potential whether you are simply trying to be active, boost your overall health or seeking to tap your inner 'Thorpedo'.

At the beauiful Prince Alfred Park Pool, we meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5.45pm (April-September ).
Daylight saving times(October-March ) there will be 2 squads. 5.30-6.30pm and 6.30-7.30pm.

Lunchtime squads at prince alfred pool are on Monday and Friday 12.15-1pm.
A casual or drop-in swim at prince alfred pool is $15 for 1hr squad , $10 for 45min squad
An 8 session pass for 1hr squad is $105 (Tuesday and Thursday )
An 8 session pass is $70 for 45min squad(Monday and Friday's)
An 8 session pass is $70 for 45min squad(Monday and Friday's)
A monthly pass is $80
Private sessions are available at $50 for 30 minutes
